Overview

Discover our high-performance copper press fittings engineered for modern plumbing and piping systems that demand reliability, speed, and long-term stability. This advanced press connection solution is designed to deliver fast, tool-based installation while ensuring a consistently tight and leak-resistant seal for copper tube networks. By eliminating the need for soldering or brazing, the system significantly simplifies on-site operations and supports more efficient project execution across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Copper press fittings are widely recognized as a next-generation alternative to traditional joining methods. They provide a controlled mechanical connection that is formed through precision pressing, allowing installers to achieve secure joints in seconds. This technology reduces dependency on open-flame processes and removes the requirement for hot-work permits, making installation more flexible and safer in a variety of job site conditions. As a result, contractors can work more efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards.

This innovative piping system is suitable for a broad range of applications, including potable water supply systems, hydronic heating installations, chilled water circulation networks, and compressed air pipelines. It is also commonly used in high-occupancy and sensitive environments such as hospitals, schools, office buildings, and residential complexes, where safety and cleanliness are essential. Each fitting is engineered with precision manufacturing techniques and incorporates a high-quality EPDM sealing element, ensuring excellent resistance to pressure variations, temperature changes, and long-term aging.

By combining a durable copper alloy body, an elastomer sealing ring, and a specialized pressing tool, this system enables installers to create robust mechanical joints with minimal effort. The result is a piping solution that not only improves installation speed but also enhances system integrity and operational safety. In addition, the elimination of open flames significantly reduces fire risks and eliminates smoke and fumes associated with traditional methods. Overall, copper press fittings provide a modern, efficient, and dependable solution for professional plumbing and HVAC applications.

Key Features & Benefits

Rapid Installation: Copper press fitting systems are developed to significantly improve installation efficiency in modern construction environments where time management is crucial. Each joint can typically be completed in less than 10 seconds, enabling technicians to assemble complex piping networks at a much faster pace than traditional joining methods. This accelerated workflow helps reduce on-site labor requirements and improves coordination between different stages of construction. For large-scale projects, the cumulative time savings can greatly enhance overall project delivery speed while maintaining consistent installation quality across all connection points.

Flame-Free & Safe: A major advantage of this technology is its completely flame-free installation process. Since no soldering, welding, or heat sources are required, the system eliminates fire-related risks and removes the need for hot work permits or fire watch supervision. This makes it especially suitable for controlled environments such as hospitals, schools, shopping centers, office buildings, and residential facilities where safety regulations are strict. Additionally, the absence of combustion processes reduces smoke and harmful fumes, creating a cleaner and safer working environment for both installers and occupants.

Leak-Proof Integrity: Each press connection is designed to deliver a highly reliable mechanical seal through uniform radial compression. This ensures full circumferential contact between the pipe and fitting, creating a durable joint that resists vibration, pressure fluctuations, and thermal expansion. Once properly installed, the connection maintains long-term stability and sealing performance throughout the system’s service life, significantly reducing the risk of leakage and minimizing maintenance needs.

Versatile Application: Copper press fittings are compatible with both rigid (hard-drawn) and soft (annealed) copper tubing, offering flexibility across a wide range of installation conditions. Manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASTM B88 and EN 1057, they ensure precise dimensional accuracy and dependable performance. These fittings are widely used in potable water systems, HVAC applications, chilled water networks, and compressed air pipelines across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Cost-Effective: By eliminating the need for welding equipment, fire safety procedures, and hot work permits, press fitting systems significantly reduce indirect project costs. Faster installation also shortens construction timelines, helping reduce labor expenses and minimize downtime. The combined benefits of efficiency, safety, and reduced operational overhead make copper press fittings a highly economical solution for modern piping infrastructure projects.

Installation Guide

Cut: Begin by preparing the copper pipe using a precision cutting device designed for metal tubing. The cut should be clean, straight, and free from deformation to ensure proper alignment with the fitting system. A well-executed cut provides a stable foundation for the entire connection process and helps maintain accuracy during installation. Avoid uneven edges or crushing the pipe during cutting.

Deburr: After cutting, carefully process both the internal and external edges of the pipe to remove burrs, sharp fragments, or metal residues. This step is essential to protect the internal sealing component of the fitting. A smooth pipe end reduces insertion resistance and ensures the O-ring remains undamaged during assembly, supporting long-term sealing performance.

Mark: Measure and clearly indicate the required insertion depth on the pipe surface. This marking acts as a visual guide during installation, ensuring the pipe is fully inserted into the fitting body. Proper marking improves installation consistency, especially when working on multiple joints in sequence.

Insert: Gently guide the pipe into the fitting in a straight, controlled motion until it reaches the internal stop point. Ensure alignment is maintained throughout insertion to avoid tilting or uneven seating. At this stage, the internal sealing element lightly grips the pipe, holding it securely in position before pressing.

Press: Position the pressing jaws correctly around the designated compression area of the fitting. Activate the pressing tool to apply uniform radial force, permanently shaping the fitting around the pipe. This creates a strong mechanical bond designed to withstand pressure, vibration, and long-term operational stress.

Verify: Inspect the completed joint visually to confirm the compression profile is fully formed and even. A consistent pressed shape indicates successful installation and ensures the system is ready for safe operation.
